These terms govern your use of detailersoffortmyersreviews.com (the "Site"), operated by Detailers of Fort Myers. By viewing the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an informational page that reproduces customer reviews of Detailers of Fort Myers, describes the services the shop offers, and provides contact details. It does not sell anything, take bookings or process payments. Quotes, appointments and purchases are handled directly with the shop by phone, email or through detailersoffortmyers.com, and any work performed is governed by the written estimate, invoice and warranty terms you receive from the shop, not by these terms.

2. Customer reviews

Reviews shown on the Site were written by customers and published by them on Google. They are reproduced here in their own words, with only the reviewer's display name, star rating, approximate date and review text. Each review is the personal opinion and experience of its author. Detailers of Fort Myers does not write, pay for, edit the substance of, or guarantee the accuracy of any review, and does not remove reviews because they are unfavorable.

Reviews describe individual results on specific vehicles. Results vary with the vehicle, its paint condition, the products chosen, the coverage selected and how the vehicle is cared for afterwards. A review is not a promise that your vehicle will achieve the same outcome.

Review text remains the intellectual property of its author and is reproduced in accordance with Google's terms for business profile content. If you are the author of a review and want it changed or removed from the Site, email info@detailersoffortmyers.com.

3. Information, not advice

Content on the Site about paint protection film, Ceramic Coatings, window tint, detailing and Florida window tint law is general information provided for convenience. It is not legal, technical or professional advice.

• Florida tint law. Legal tint limits are summarized from Florida Statutes 316.2953 and 316.2954 as of the "Last updated" date. Laws change and enforcement varies. Verify current requirements with the statute or a qualified professional before choosing a shade. Detailers of Fort Myers is not responsible for citations resulting from tint selected against its recommendation or installed elsewhere.
• Product and warranty claims. Statements about XPEL film and coating performance, self-healing behavior, heat rejection and warranty terms are drawn from the manufacturer's published materials. The manufacturer's warranty is a separate agreement between you and XPEL with its own conditions and exclusions. Ask the shop for the current warranty document at the time of installation.
• Pricing. The Site does not publish prices. Any figure mentioned in a review reflects that customer's job at that time and is not an offer.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, text (other than customer reviews) and images are owned by Detailers of Fort Myers or used with permission. "Detailers of Fort Myers," the F emblem and "Protect Your Investment" are trademarks of Detailers of Fort Myers. XPEL, ULTIMATE PLUS, STEALTH, FUSION PLUS and PRIME XR PLUS are trademarks of XPEL, Inc. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Vehicle manufacturer names are used only to identify the vehicles customers own. No trademark owner endorses this Site unless stated.

You may view, print and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, frame, republish or create derivative works from the Site's content, including the compiled reviews, without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its hosting, use automated tools to harvest content or contact details, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram and to detailersoffortmyers.com. Third-party sites are not under our control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailers of Fort Myers disclaims all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or current, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This disclaimer applies to the Site only. It does not limit any warranty you receive in writing for services performed by the shop.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detailers of Fort Myers and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or your reliance on its content. If any liability is found despite this section, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This section does not apply to disputes about services performed by the shop, which are handled under the terms of your service agreement.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and the Site at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
